| | Went to see a new podiatrist about my Morton's Neuroma. He gave me a steroid shot (which hurt) and said, "Go run. Just don't sit in a hot tub for two days." So I went and ran. His cushiony insoles weren't all that hot, but running on my forefoot and using a toe separator (between my 3rd and fourth toes) seemed tolerable and 6 miles was comfortable. |

| | Ran from my house to the overpass in Roy to do some hill work. Ran from the bottom on the overpass up to main street and back twice. Ran home and hit 10 miles exactly. Asked a guy walking to school to pick up his kids to run with me, which he did. It was cool. |
